Sandy Meier is the founder and publisher of CharlestonLiveMusic.com. A Summerville resident since 1998 and founder of digital agency TheSiteCrew.com, Sandy has spent over two decades helping local businesses, organizations, and web projects thrive online. Combining a deep love for the Lowcountry's cultural scene with extensive technical and digital publishing experience, she launched CharlestonLiveMusic.com to build a comprehensive, independent hub connecting music lovers with local venues, concert listings, and regional artists.
Samantha Meier
Editor & Head of Live Coverage
Samantha Meier brings a wealth of hands-on Charleston venue and production experience to her role as Editor & Head of Live Coverage at CharlestonLiveMusic.com. A graduate of the College of Charleston with a B.A. in Arts Management with an emphasis in Music Industry, Samantha spent five years behind the scenes as Assistant Technical Director at the historic Sottile Theatre, coordinating technical production and event logistics for over 100 regional, national, and campus programs annually—including major collaborations with Spoleto Festival USA.
In addition to her work at Sottile Theatre, Samantha serves as Event Operations Supervisor for Encore Global at The Cooper Hotel and has extensive experience in high-volume ticketing and venue guest operations across Charleston County Parks and Recreation. Her deep understanding of stagecraft, venue logistics, and the Lowcountry arts ecosystem ensures that CharlestonLiveMusic.com provides authentic, insider coverage of the region’s vibrant live music scene.
Jonathan Meier
Programmer
Jonathan Meier leads site development, custom programming, and infrastructure for CharlestonLiveMusic.com. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Charleston Southern University and has spent the past 13 years engineering web and software solutions with TheSiteCrew.com. An avid music fan, Jonathan ensures the site's event directory, ticket links, and user tools run smoothly for local fans and venues alike.
