The Lowcountry live music scene is gearing up for a special end-of-summer show this Sunday, August 30th, as Mark Bryan & Friends featuring The B-Wrights take the stage at Isle of Palms’ legendary beachside spot, The Windjammer.
And we have some exciting news: Charleston Live Music will be on-location to cover the entire night!
From event photography to a post-show recap feature, we'll be capturing the energy of this unique line-up live from the deck.
A Celebration of Charleston’s Music Scene
Sunday's performance brings together several sides of Mark Bryan’s current local creative network:
- Hootie & the Blowfish Connection: Bryan (2x GRAMMY®-winning singer, songwriter, and Hootie co-founder) will perform alongside fellow Hootie drummer Jim “Soni” Sonefeld as The B. Wrights.
- Fresh Music Drops: Expect to hear recent singles from Mark Bryan & the Screaming Trojans, including “I Wanna Feel Alright” and the new release “Boom” (released August 21st via Stone Point Records/Vere Music).
- Local Spotlight: 20-year-old singer-songwriter Skyler Waddell—behind The Stono River Project and recently nominated for City Paper’s Male Singer/Songwriter of the Year—will join Bryan onstage to perform their collaborative single, “Make It Home Tonight.”
